Inspiration

Gurtis was a colorful friend of many years.

I photographed Gurtis standing in his corn and carved him from a piece of cherry taken from the front yard of a good friend.

What's a farmer without a farmer's cap, preferably one given to him by a company representative?  The cap makes the carving good.
